Billing and refunds
Last updated
Published games are free to play. Paid memberships add ad-free play and creation features. Review the amount, billing interval, and any taxes or discounts in Stripe before confirming a purchase.
Memberships
Player is free and includes one introductory creation credit per account. Plus is $4.99 USD per month with five creation credits per billing period. Creator is $12.99 USD per month with 30 creation credits, advanced creation controls, and hosting for up to 12 players. Guests join a hosted night free. Paid ad-free benefits apply while signed in.
Monthly renewals
Plus and Creator are recurring monthly subscriptions. Stripe charges the payment method you authorize until you cancel future renewals. Applicable taxes and promotion terms appear at checkout. Creating an account or selecting a plan on our site does not itself charge you.
Creation credits
One generated game uses one creation credit. Queued or running jobs reserve a credit; a job recorded as failed or refused releases that reservation. A completed game uses its credit even if you choose not to publish it. Playing or replaying a game does not use creation credits. Credits are feature allowances, not money, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Credit refresh and plan changes
Paid credits refresh with your subscription billing period and do not roll over. The free introductory credit does not refresh monthly. A plan change does not necessarily start a new billing period or erase credits already used. Review any prorated charge, effective date, and new plan in the billing portal before confirming.
Cancellation
Sign in, open Account, and choose Manage billing or Switch to Player to open Stripe’s cancellation flow. Confirm the cancellation and check the effective date. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of the billing period, paid access continues until that date. Signing out, clearing cookies, or stopping play does not cancel a subscription. Contact us if you cannot access billing.
Refund requests
We review refund requests case by case; there is no automatic refund guarantee. Contact us with your account email, charge date, and a brief explanation. Do not send full card numbers. Cancelling future renewals does not automatically refund an earlier charge. Nothing in this policy limits refunds or other remedies required by applicable law.
Payment or generation problems
If a payment succeeded but access has not updated, refresh your account status and contact us if the problem continues. If a generation fails but a credit remains reserved, include the game or job details. A failed payment can lead to loss of paid features; update your payment method through Manage billing.
