Accuracy matters more than preserving a perfect publication record. Every report is evaluated against the exact stored puzzle version, its declared scope, and the source evidence attached at publication time.
Report an issue
Use the Contact page and include the puzzle date, game, sport, question text, the answer you believe is affected, and a supporting source when possible. Those details let us locate the exact stored revision.
What we review
We compare the wording and answer with the underlying record, season, competition, regular-season or postseason scope, historical team label, and the source's effective date. A surprising answer is not automatically an error, but an ambiguous scope is.
What happens next
When a correction is warranted, we update the attributable record and preserve the original publication time, correction reason, revision number, and correction time. Related generated candidates are quarantined or rebuilt so the same defect does not keep returning.
Visible accountability
Past Daily 10 answers are published from stored puzzle snapshots. If you believe an answer page is incomplete or wrong, send its URL through Contact so the report is tied to the public record.
